Miss Leonidas finished a stellar racing career with her gutsy 2nd in The Galaxy Gr2 at Rosehill last Saturday. The lucky lessees that were taken on the ride of a lifetime cheered her on from home as they were unable to attend her swan song at Rosehill due to the Covid19 virus. Jockey, Billy Egan, said she should have won but didn’t hear the inside horse coming. He felt sure tat had she heard it she would have kicked up a gear.
She will go to Exceed & Excel this year and we are all looking forward to seeing her first foal.
