First starter ‘Kharnmosh’ gave the others a galloping lesson when he won the Maiden race over 1,100m at Echuca by 3 lengths. A beautiful ride by jockey, John Keating, aided the horse who still raced a little ‘greenly’ wanting to pull up when he got to the front at the 300m. Keep an eye out for his next start, possibly over a mile.
